9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Services are free of viruses or harmful components
• The results of using the Services will meet your requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONTIC STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the past 12 months.

12. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
